Martha Riley is the first floor at 1501 Pleasant Grove Blvd. The library also runs this on the third Wednesday. That is Oct. 21, the same afternoon as the worm circus at Riley.

Free. All ages. Decorated trunks and booths. The city asks displays to stay whimsical, not gory. Weather permitting. After the candy, the Spooky Story Walk is in the Mahany Park courtyard. The city does not print a separate clock for the walk.
Boo Boxes are a paid take-home kit, $29 a child and $25 for a sibling, for pickup at this building Oct. 5–16 during facility hours, and also for sale at this event. The box is not a second event.
