Tri-Valley Theatre Company. Broadway songs with witches, phantoms, and monsters. $24–$34 before fees. Everyone, including children, needs a ticket. The Firehouse page does not print an end time. The box office opens two hours before the show. Cash or a check also works at the library recreation counter and the senior center, without the card fee.
Main Street closes for Weekends on Main at 4:00 p.m. this day, and it stays closed until 6:00 a.m. Monday.

Year-round, every Saturday, rain or shine. The Pacific Coast Farmers’ Market Association runs it with the Pleasanton Downtown Association. Parking is in the lots and on the surrounding streets. A vendor page puts the market at 400 Main Street. This page uses the association’s address. Palooza is the same day on Main Street, and the association does not print a start time for it.

It does say Main Street is closed from 4:00 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2, until 6:00 a.m. Monday, Oct. 5. The Pleasanton Weekly reported this date in February as the Saturday of Weekends on Main.
Ghost Walk
Museum on Main, 603 Main St
Family-friendly walking tour. Groups leave every 30 minutes from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The museum calls each tour about two hours. $25, or $20 for ages 12 and under. Arrive 10 minutes early. Costumes are fine. Rain or shine. Most stops are outside. One stop may need stairs. No pets except service animals. Tickets are non-refundable. The same departures run Sat Oct. 10, Fri Oct. 16, and Sat Oct. 17.

Diwali Celebration

Free. No registration. Music, dance, and Festival of Lights activities. The city’s Library and Recreation Department runs this Cultural Celebration Series. The Pleasanton Weekly reported the series on Sep. 24. Boo Bash downtown ends as this starts.
