Friday morning is preschool storytime at the library. Tuesday evening is an acoustic meetup at the Jansen Art Center, for teens and adults.

Acoustic music meetup

A jam for teens and adults, ages 13 and up. The suggested donation is $5. Bring an instrument. This is not a kids’ class. The same series lists Oct. 13, which is outside this week and the two after it.
The Jansen’s fine-art page lists building hours Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., closed Sunday and Monday. The meetup starts after that close, so use the event listing for the evening door, not the gallery hours. No children’s class is posted at the Jansen inside this span.

Preschool storytime returns Oct. 2 at 10:30 a.m. The same afternoon, All About Bats is 3:30–4:30 p.m. for grades K–5.
