Saturday is the last farmers market of the season, with story time in the meadow and studios open around town. Sunday is a 5K, a 10K, and a kids’ fun run.

Meadow near Pickering Barn
Librarian Miss Mack, stories and songs. Dress for the weather and bring something to sit on. If it rains, story time moves to the Hay Barn. No registration.

Free, self-guided, third year. A jury picks artists who open home studios and other workspaces. New this year, an alumni art show. The market is at the barn in the morning. Studios are scattered, so treat them as the rest of the day.

Issaquah Rotary’s family race. The organizer lists 5K and 10K at $50 from Aug 1 through race day, and the kids’ 1K at $20 with a shirt. Early bird prices were lower and have passed. Beer garden, food trucks, and live music run 9:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. A Discover Pass is required for parking. This is not the free state parks day.
