DESCRIPTION:Parents and kids run a themed 2K together\, in costume. Ages 4 
 and up. $33 a person. Groups leave every 10 minutes\, and the city says th
 e course takes about an hour. You pick a start inside the 8:00–10:00 a.m
 . window. Registration stays open until 5:00 p.m. Friday\, Oct. 2\, or at 
 the park until 9:30 a.m. if it is not full. Each runner gets a cape\, a bi
